Transforming Risky Play Identification

Today, we want to share our innovative research project on electronic gambling machines.

Many rule-based systems for delivering responsible gaming actions are relatively simplistic, triggered by arbitrary thresholds that may or may not be reaching the right people. But we believe there is a better way to support at-risk players effectively.

That is why we are conducting an international, multi-operator research project, co-funded through the National Research Council of Canada.

In Phase One, we presented early results at the IAGR Conference in Melbourne. Now, in Phase Two, we are diving deeper into our research on Smart RG EGMs, which enables targeted actions to be linked to relevant player behaviors.

By providing the right support at the right time, we can make a meaningful impact on players’ well-being.

ALeRT is a data-driven real-world solution to help prevent gambling risk and harm.

With six different brochures, each brochure is customized and branded for each operator to provide information that is relevant and meaningful to their customers. Materials are available in both print and digital formats.
