Laurie Norman is Customer Success Manager at Focal Research Consultants, bringing nearly two decades of casino industry experience and deep expertise in responsible gambling program development. Prior to joining Focal, she managed responsible gambling initiatives at Saskatchewan Gaming Corporation, where she developed and led programming, training, and stakeholder engagement efforts. With academic backgrounds in Addiction Studies and Education, she is recognized nationally as a subject matter expert and has delivered training to casino staff across multiple provinces and territories. At Focal, Norman works closely with clients through education, outreach, and implementation guidance, helping strengthen safer gambling practices and customer care across a range of operational environments.
