With more than a decade of experience in gambling studies and a background in psychological research and knowledge mobilization, she brings both academic depth and practical insight into her work. Salmon has collaborated with national and international stakeholders throughout her career to advance safer gambling practices through research and evaluation. At Focal, Salmon works with multidisciplinary teams to examine gambling behaviours associated with risk, evaluate safer gambling outcomes, and turn complex findings into actionable insights to support informed decision-making across the sector.
